Most orders will be processed in 5-7 days of order receipt. Because Ja`ire International Couture specializes in one of a kind pieces and custom-made orders, shipping time will vary depending on the item and stockage of the item. Occasionally an item may be en route from the manufacturer and will be processed in approximately 10 - 14 days. In addition, Ground shipping within the US will take from 3 - 5 business days after order is processed. Expedited shipping will take 2 days after order is processed. Depending on the item, a customer service representative will contact you personally regarding your specific item and shipping time.
Please provide a valid phone number. This is so we can contact you regarding your order and also serves as your unique identification number. We want to make sure your order is perfect. If you do not provide us with a telephone number, your order may be incorrectly shipped or delayed!

International customers please note: Ja`ire International Couture is not responsible for any Customs' fees, duty or taxes. Please understand that these fees are not included in the price of the item and may be due upon delivery depending on the import rules of your country. To unsubscribe from our email mailing list, please follow the instructions in any email you receive. You can also send a request through our contact us page. Be sure to include your first and last name and email address in the body of the email.

If you would like your name and address removed from Ja`ire's direct mailing list or if you would like to update your mailing information, you can phone us at

Communications in Progress/Sales and Service Information
Please note, if you have unsubscribed from any Ja`ire communications, due to production schedules you may receive communications already in production. - Our Guarantee
Our quality guarantee is simple. If ever you encounter a flaw in the workmanship or materials in one of our garments, please send it to us. Unworn items, at our discretion, we will gladly repair or replace for free if we find it to be defective. Damage due to normal wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Ja`ire International Couture purchase. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery we recommend sending your return via insured and prepaid US Mail or UPS. All clothing items must be returned in unused condition with original tags attached within 10 days of delivery. Because Ja`ire specializes in one of a kind and custom-made pieces, we aim to make each order perfect and returns are viewed with much discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are subject to acceptance and credit approval at the main office. All wholesale orders will be shipped COD unless prior terms have been arranged. All new orders must be set up via Telephone.
All wholesale orders must be a minimum of eight pieces. All items are packaged as specified on the price list. Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted only if the notification of cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to the start-ship date. Cancellations are not accepted if the order has been shipped or invoiced.
Returns and Allowances
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, regardless of the reason for the return, and may be subject to a 15% handling and restocking charge at the company's discretion. Authorization for returns may be requested by phone or email through your sales representative. If authorized, a return label and packing slip will be supplied, and must accompany your shipment. Merchandise returned without the authorization of the company will be refused and returned at sender's expense. Only current merchandise in salable condition will be accepted for return. Because Ja`ire International Couture specializes in custom-made pieces according to the specifications of your order, items cannot be exchanged at this time, except in rare cases.
The company will accept returns of defective merchandise or errors in shipping by the company. All valid claims of shipping errors or defects in merchandise will be handled and corrected promptly, to your complete satisfaction. The company shipping label and packing slip for return is still needed to accept your return properly. Be sure to give complete details on all claims or requests for returns listing the merchandise exactly, the specific reason for return, and the corresponding invoice number and date. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. A $35.00 Service charge will be assessed on non-sufficient fund checks.
